Un par de tarjetas tipo "note cards"... muy simples pero que cumplen con su función de decir a quién las reciba que es dada: "Pensando en ti".
A couple of note cards... they are very simple but they serve their purpose of telling the recepient "I'm thinking of you".

Es lunes y por eso debo anunciar a la ganadora del "Blog candy" que ofrecí durante el fin de semana en el Blog Hop de Flaunt it Friday.

Flaunt it Friday's Hello Kitty Blog Hop
Hello Welcome to the Flaunt It Friday's Hello Kitty Blog Hop.

For this week's challenge we were asked to flaunt the Hello Kitty with Airplane from the Hello Kitty Greeting Cart.
Since I don't have HKG cart, I decided to use the airplane from New Arrival and the Kitty from Hello Kitty font. I welded them and tweaked the plane a little on my Gypsy to make it look more like the one in the original cut and there you go... Here is the project I made.
It is a banner for my daughter's friend. She will be turning 5 this weekend and her party will be Hello Kitty themed, so I made this banner with her name, to decorate the wall during the party. If she likes the banner enough, maybe she can also use it on her bedroom door/wall for a while.
For my second project I chose this little Kitty from the HKF and welded it with the number 5 and the letters to make the card for my daughter's friend.

Family time with the Martínez
This week challenge at the Flaunt it Friday is to use the Martini glass from the "From my Kitchen" cricut cartridge.
My family name is Martínez and (more than) a few years ago (when I was studing my carreer), an art profesor ask us to make a logo for our names, so I did one with a martini glass in the place of the T on my last name.
I decided to re-make that old idea with the help of my cricut and here is what came out.

El reto de esta semana en Flaunt it Friday es usar la copa de Martini del cartucho "From my Kitchen" de Cricut .
El apellido de mi familia es Martínez y hace (más de) algunos años (cuando estaba estudiando mi carrera) un profesor de arte nos pidió que diseñaramos un logo para nuestros nombres, así que yo había hecho uno en el que cambié la letra T de mi apellido por una copa de martini.
Decidí re-hacer esta vieja idea con la ayuda de mi Cricut y este es el resultado.
Espero les guste y me dejen saber que piensan.
