I hope to see you playing along with us. Our first challenge will be posted next Sunday March 20th. By the moment I want to invite you to go and visit at the Birthday Sundaes and meet the rest of the design team.

Spring card / Tarjeta de primavera

I enjoy a lot making cards or projects for different blog challenges, but what I really enjoy is when I challenge myself to meet diferent challenges at a time with only one project/card. This is the case of this card. That was a lot of fun to make it.

This is my enty for:
-Cooking with Cricut: Time to Spring Forward
-Fantabulous Cricut: Tree Time
-Cricut Cardz challenge: Tall card

It was a lot of fun to work on this card, I hope you enjoy it too!.

Día Internacional de la mujer - International women's day

Today, (March 8) is the International Women's day. I have never thought of myself as a feminist, and as a matter of fact I do think that men and women are different from each other’s although as human been, we are equal in dignity and rights. I believe that we shouldn't need a day to remind ourselves our rights, but it is nice to celebrate our femininity, that is why I wanted to create my own challenge for today and make a project that reflects femininity. Then, I thought that it will be nice to know what do you, my blogger friends, think about the International women's day? So, my challenge for you is to create a project about that!
Nunca me he considerado feminista, y

And here are my projects: 2 girly cards.

This is a Bridal Shower invite. It screams "Girls just want to have fun!"

This is a "any ocasson card".

I made this card for a frind´s daugther who is about to have her 16th Birthday. The colors I used are her favorites (blue, green and yellow) I wanted to keep the card girly by adding many flowers on it and with the pattern papers which I think are very feminine. I hope Julia likes her card.

This card match the requirment for the Cooking with Cricut challenge for this week which is "Double take"... I used 2 pattern papers (blue and green), 2 pieces of solid cardstock (black, white, blue, and the light green), 2 embelishments (pearls, flowers, brads, I used 8!) and a cut from cricut (the zebra, the sweet word, number 16, the circle and scalop circle).

Thanks for being you

I made this card following the Die Cuttin Divas sketch.
Last week I received the Straight from the nest cartridge, so I used the bird cage from it and this card will be also my entry on the Bitten by the bug2 challenge.

Hogs and Kisses

This week's challenge at Jitterbuggin is to make a card with a pig on it, use at least 2 different patterned papers (YIKES) and add some buttons.
When I saw the challenge I inmediatly thought on the Country Life cartridge. To use pigs on a card wasn't the problem at all, but the hardest part for me was to use patterned papers because I usually work better with solids... but that is why this is called a challenge... So I went into my papers and I actually used 8 different patterned papers! (8 is more than 2 right? I wonder if I could I win extra credits for that?) Anyhow, I had lots of fun making this card and that is what counts at the end.
Thanks for looking and feel free to leave a comment... I love to read your thoughts!

Flaunt it Fridays Challenge: Twinkle Toes

Is Friday again and the challenge at Flaunt it Fridays for this week is to use any cut from Twinkle Toes... well, I don´t have that cartridge, but the cuts from it are so cute, all related with dance, ballet and music. Anyway, I cut my ballerina from Paper Dolls Dress Up and made this name tag for my daughter´s bag. This week she stated her dance lessons and I think on making her something special for the ocassion.
