Baptism card / Tarjeta de bautizo

I was asked to make a card for a little boy in occasion of his Baptism. 

I used lot of dry embossing and inks on this card. Personally I like so much that cross although the embossing is not as crispy as I would like. That was the reason why I decided to ink it in order to make it pops. The little sheep represents the Church and the white dove is of course the Holly Spirit. I was not sure about the pearl-flowers-ribbon because I though it was to girly, but at the end I decided to keep them in the card as  it is for a baby boy and babies are always sweet and cute.

Anyway, as this is a card for a cute boy, I decided to post it for the contest at BBTB2 for this week: Boy Crazy!.

Me encargaron una tarjeta para niño con ocasión de su bautizo.

Usé mucho embosado en seco y tintas en esta tarjeta. Personalmente me encanta esa cruz embosada aunque no quedara tan resaltada como yo hubiese querido. Es por eso que decidí resaltarla con tintas. Las ovejitas representan la Iglesia y la paloma blanca por supuesto al Espíritu Santo. No estaba muy segura acerca de la cinta de flores perladas porque pensé que podía verse muy femenina, pero decidí dejarlas porque al final es una tarjeta para un bebé y los bebés siempre son dulces y tiernos.

Sympathy Card / Tarjeta para Pésame.

As always, sympathy cards are not easy to make. This is a very simple one but I like how it came up. 

The sentiment is computer generated.

Nunca es fácil hacer tarjetas de pésame. Esta es una tarjeta bastante simple pero me gusta como quedó. El texto es generado en computadora.

Baby, baby, baby... ohhh baby!

I've been asked to make some Baby Shower cards that are intended to be signed by so many people (you know, the kind of cards that every one at the office signs) so I decided to make Criss Cross cards.
This kind of cards are so much fun to make, they are simple but allow to insert as many pages as you need for signatures.

I used the baby from new arrival and stamped the faces with my PK stamps. The branch in the girly cards is from Home Decor cartridge. In the boyish card I used an stamp for the branch.
