I (love) you
I made this card today following a sketch that Holly Hudspeth posted at the Cricut Messageboard. Thanks Holly for the sketch! The challenge was to make a Valentine´s day card for a child using any animal from any cartridge. For me the cartridge I must use, was Create a Critter. Isn´t that squirrel cute?
Como perros y gatos / Like cats and dogs
It is time for a new Challenge at Flaunt it Fridays and the cut for this week is the Cat and Dog border from Paper Pups. I don't have Paper Pups cart :o( so I decided to create my own border using A Child's year.
I welded the Cat image with the dog and also used the grass from Plantin School to join both pets. I thought that the little bird on the shovel (who came in the original cut with the cat) was a little bit lost there, so I used it as the "i" on friends.
I hope you like it, and if you would like to, leave me a comment... I love to read comments on my posts.
Es Viernes! / It's Friday!
Another week has gone and it's time again for another challenge at Flaunt It Fridays.
For this week the design team was asked to use the "Bear in a trash can" cut from the Give A Hoot cartridge.
My project is a sign to motivate us to think when we are about to throw something to the garbage. It is also a gift for my Kinder Garden teacher. She is offering Ecological Workshops to kids from all ages. My daugther and I participated on her workshops and leave the sign there to embelish her recycle zone.
A couple of note cards... they are very simple but they serve their purpose of telling the recepient "I'm thinking of you".
I have a winner / Tengo una ganadora

Flaunt it Friday's Hello Kitty Blog Hop
If you are here from Glenda's then you are in the right spot.
If you just arrived here and would like to start from the beginning please go directly to the Flaunt It Friday's web site.
For this week's challenge we were asked to flaunt the Hello Kitty with Airplane from the Hello Kitty Greeting Cart.
Since I don't have HKG cart, I decided to use the airplane from New Arrival and the Kitty from Hello Kitty font. I welded them and tweaked the plane a little on my Gypsy to make it look more like the one in the original cut and there you go... Here is the project I made.
It is a banner for my daughter's friend. She will be turning 5 this weekend and her party will be Hello Kitty themed, so I made this banner with her name, to decorate the wall during the party. If she likes the banner enough, maybe she can also use it on her bedroom door/wall for a while.
For my second project I chose this little Kitty from the HKF and welded it with the number 5 and the letters to make the card for my daughter's friend.
For this Blog hop, I am giving a Blog Candy which is a Valentine's day clear stamp set, a few inks and some super cute 3d stickers for your Valentine's projects. All you have to do for a chance to win the blog candy is to follow my blog (if you are not a follower yet) and leave a comment on this post. That's it!
Our hop will run all weekend long, so I will chose the winner for my my blog candy on Monday Jan. 10th.
