Challenge #16 at Birthday Sundaes!!!!

This week at Birthday Sundaes challenge blog, we have the all time favorite "Everything goes" challenge! And this week our challenge will be sponsored by

So I went into their store and found this precious image called ASIA and I just love it!
(thank you Stef for providing me such a beautiful image)

I used for my card some paper that I have saved for years. This is a real Japanese paper that my sister brings to me from one of her dear Japanese friend. So Thank you Marce and Yukiko for these amazing papers!!!!

I printed the image on white card stock and then printed it again on the pink Japanese paper. I was thinking in make some kind of paper piecing but with one single cut the dress came out as a real kimono.  I just have to put a little bit of color on her face, hands and feet.

For the sentiment, I used the Pagoda cartridge to cut the Kanji word for "CELEBRATE".

I hope you enjoy my card for this week, and as always I want to invite you to visit the other team members to see what they have in their stores for you and of course, I would love to see your entries at the Birthday Sundaes Blog!!!!
